The bankruptcy court ruling that Vick has to appear at the next hearing and pay for it himself it absurd. Why? Because Vick isn't really the one paying. Allow me to enlighten the judge presiding over this matter. Your honor, HE"S INSOLVENT, THE CREDITORS WILL HAVE TO PAY. How retarded is this judge? He's going to stick it to Vick by increasing debts which he already can't pay? Or does he really think that he cannot judge Vick's honesty via video conference? I'll bet at this point the creditors would take the risk that the judge assigns a little too much or too little to Vick's testimony rather than losing even more money. The big joke here is the point to bankruptcy is to preserve and equitably distribute assets...instead we're shipping this guy around and paying thousands to marshals to do it because this judge is too easily confused by video conferences. What does he base truthfulness on, smell?
